Terms & Conditions regarding Software Projects

▪   The Software will be customized totally according to client requirements
▪   The client will not sell or distribute the software to any person, party or institute
▪   Networking expense & equipment cost will be paid by the client
▪   Backup & Recovery expenses will be paid by the client, if any
▪   Any problem in the software or database on our part will be solved free of cost
▪   All Software setups & database scripts will be provided to the client for future concerns
▪   Once installed the security of the data is sole responsibility of the client
▪   After completion of Software any new module will be charged accordingly
▪   The Software/Database is one time purchase for life and has no subscription charges whatsoever
▪   CaRD is not responsible for any data loss/miscalculation by our software
▪   In case of severe load shedding, GAS outages project might be delayed
▪   CaRD is responsible for delivering the working demo within 20 days after signing of the agreement
▪   CaRD will provide the complete software within the decided time and will manage the IT department
▪   CaRD will install all the necessary equipment.
▪   If no progress has been made for two months the project will be cancelled with no refund
▪   The matter in this agreement is subject to change with mutual agreement.

Terms & Conditions regarding Website Projects

▪   The Template will be finalized and designed according to client requirements
▪   The client will provide all text, pictures, and related matter
▪   Site maintenance/updating charges will be paid by client if any
▪   Flash slideshow/menus change will cost 1000/change each
▪   Finalized design template changed will be charged separately
▪   Domain/hosting passwords will be provided to client for future concerns
▪   SEO will be purely based upon Google standards and client's matter
▪   Client will be solely responsible for any copyright/illegal infringements
▪   CaRD is not responsible for Server speed, uptime or downloads/uploads
▪   CaRD is not responsible for any data loss due to server failure, domain expiration or hacking
▪   In case of severe load shedding or GAS outages project might be delayed
▪   CaRD is responsible for delivering the website within 15 days after signing of the agreement
▪   CaRD will provide the complete website within the decided time.
▪   The matter in this agreement is subject to change with mutual agreement.

Certifications

Terms & Conditions regarding Certifications/Short Courses being taught in CaRD

▪   The student must follow all the rules & regulations of the institute
▪   The Certificate/Online Record will not be awarded if dues are unpaid
▪   Fee in Non refundable
▪   Certifications/Courses can be changed with additional charges
▪   In case of long unannounced absence student's certification/course will be cancelled
▪   CaRD reserves the right to change class schedule anytime
▪   Lab time might be changed incase of student strength for accommodation purposes
▪   Any damages caused to CaRD campus will be charged accordingly
▪   Books/CD/DVD/Notes cannot be taken to home, however they can be copied/installed to USB.

Job Appointment

Terms & Conditions regarding Wrok in CaRD

▪   Employee must follow all the rules & regulations of the company
▪   Employee is not allowed to make any contact with the client without proper authorization
▪   Salary will be paid after project is complete
▪   Employee is not allowed to take any source code or matter from CaRD's computers
▪   Employee is not allowed to discuss project terms and conditions with clients
